Subscription Terms
By clicking "Complete Purchase Now," you confirm that you are enrolling in a subscription plan and authorize Tutor365 to charge your payment method monthly at the agreed amount unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing page in the account settings.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for subscription payments. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us directly.
- Early Cancellation Refund (Upfront Payments Only): If you paid upfront and decide to cancel early, you will receive a refund for the remaining months. The refund will be based on the standard monthly rate at the time of subscribing.
Cancellation Responsibility
- Self-Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the billing page or by contacting us. Failure to do so will result in continued charges, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, proof of contact with our support team must be provided. If you reported an issue that was not resolved, you must show proof of this communication to be eligible for consideration of a refund.
Subscription Cancellation & Service Access
- Loss of Access: Upon cancellation of your subscription, either by you or by us, access to Tutor365’s services, including any connected homework platforms, will be terminated.
- Recordings Access: You will also lose access to any lesson recordings, and having a subscription does not guarantee unlimited access to these recordings. Once your subscription ends, all recorded content will no longer be available.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Service Policy
By subscribing, you agree to make monthly payments for full access to our platform. Not logging in or using the service does not entitle you to a refund, and your account will continue to be charged unless canceled.
You are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date you first subscribe and check out.
To receive a refund, you must cancel your subscription within this 30-day period. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, the payment becomes non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription and request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription should you choose not to continue using the service. You can cancel by messaging us directly or through your account settings.
If you experience issues accessing the service, you must notify us promptly. Failure to inform us will make you ineligible for a refund. If you do contact us and the issue remains unresolved, you will need to provide proof of communication for any refund to be considered.
Please note: whether or not you use the platform or participate in lessons, your decision to sign up is voluntary. We do not require anyone to subscribe, so it is your responsibility to cancel if you are dissatisfied or no longer using the service.
